1. To enter complete the Realty World Class $15,000.00 cash Sweepstakes web entry form on this page.

2. To be eligible, entries must be received on or before December 24, 2007, the contest closing date. All entries become the property of Realty World America, Inc. who assume no responsibility for any entries which are lost, misdirected or delayed.

3. There will be one (1) Grand Prize Winner who will receive $10,000.00 cash; and five (5) additional winners who will receive $1,000.00 each. Prizes must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions will be made. Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Realty World, Inc.

4. Following the close date of the contest, a random selection will be made on December 28, 2007 at 11:00 am PST in Costa Mesa, CA from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of Realty World, Inc. are final. Odds of being selected will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Realty World, Inc. expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of the prizes awarded. Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and will not be awarded. Realty World, Inc. will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.

5. To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be 18 years of age or older who is not an employee, independent contractor or a member of the immediately family of , Realty World, Inc., its member brokers, advertising and promotional agencies. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, address, and photograph, with remuneration, for publicity purposes by the sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, licenses, insurance and any other applicable costs. This is not intended to solicit property already listed for sale. Distributed where permitted by law. Realty World, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
